Good morning, faggi (GMF) is an auto-biographical one man musical, based on verbatim childhood journals and letters of a gay man's youth in the liberal, queer paradise of Iceland. As the charming actor, Bjarni, navigates his past and personal history, he suffers a major nervous breakdown and discovers deep self-hatred. Through the form of a meta-theatrical musical, Bjarni tries to understand what happened to him.
Bio
Perplex Theatre Company is an ensemble of queer theatre artists founded in 2016 in Reykjavík. Since 2016 we have produced three shows in collaboration with the National theatre of Iceland.
