Sláturhúsið Art Center

Sláturhúsið Art Centre is a dynamic multidisciplinary hub in East Iceland, hosting visual arts, music, and performing arts within a converted industrial facility. For performing artists, the centre offers two primary workspaces: a versatile Black Box equipped for productions, and a dedicated Dance Studio ideal for rehearsals and research.

Beyond hosting events, Sláturhúsið is a center for creation. It runs a robust artist-in-residence program, providing workspace and accommodation for visiting artists.
