Ungi is an international performing arts festival for young audiences, organized by ASSITEJ Iceland. Held biennially in April in conjunction with the Reykjavík Children's Culture Festival, Ungi showcases the very best of Icelandic performing arts for children and youth alongside high-quality international guest productions. As the country's primary platform for TYA (Theatre for Young Audiences), the festival emphasizes artistic excellence, professional development, and networking opportunities for domestic and international industry professionals.
